The cause they use the technology is that it is easy, and fast, and they know how to steer around the software quite quickly.Many young customers who might not maintain company - they do not mind messing around and finding out how everything works by pressing buttons and see what happens - and the software developers due make it somewhat user-friendly as the software and programs do kind of what you may expect them to do if you pressed a certain button.But this really is not reasonable to a professional consumer who uses the personal technology product to increase the effectiveness of their work. They want the thing to work their way, the way they are used to, and it is not the main thing within their life, it's only a business tool.Are you starting to see the issue here and why often the private computer gurus go overboard, and irritate the professional users, which by the way are a number of their highest spending clientele, and all they do is mess things up and turn fully off this demographic and market segment.That is a pity, and Harvard business School should be writing about this, rather than describe how wonderful all this to engineering is - specially when it makes our lives more difficult than necessary.
